BIO

Sean Star Romero was born “ Encarnesion Estrella Romero II”, in Santa Rosa California. His ancestry is that of the Penoleville Pomo, Achomawi Pitriver and Norco Yaqui American Native tribes. He was raised in San Jose, California, on the East Side of town.

Sean started singing in school at the age of six and joined the elementary choir that same year. His first stage performance was also that year singing for the faculty, parents and general public audience.

Influenced by Elvis and many others, Sean’s desire to perform comes from his biggest influence, his father. Sean recalls listening to his father, Mr. Paul Orduno Romero, singing on local radio stations during the early years of Sean’s youth. Sean remembers this father’s performances at the “Cinco de Mayo” outdoor festival in downtown San Jose. Sean recalls the reaction of the crowd to his father and the smiles that his father brought to the faces of the audience while singing. He realized that his father had made an impact on the people, as they enjoyed his singing. Sean is very proud of this father and told himself that he too would follow in his father’s footsteps and live up to experience firsthand what his father did in his own career.

Sean has performed locally at venues and also has studio recording experience having recorded numerous tracks including his debut CD ‘Mama’s Boy’. Sean has both a demo CD and his full debut CD available upon request.

Sean has also completed the production of two music videos that are in support debut CD. His two tracks ’Engie69’ and ‘Maya’s Boy’ were the titles of the respective music videos. Sean collaborated with the executive producer to deliver each music video to meet his concepts, story line and final approval of his vision. Both videos have aired on television through Comcast Channel 26 and are available on You Tube. Search the Internet for Sean Romero or go to the links below.
